Sales Assistant – New Zealand Job Vacancy

We’re recruiting for Part Time Staff.

We are looking for great, hard working and high energy individuals to add to our Retail Sales Team!
This is a great opportunity to work for a premium footwear & apparel brand in the heart of Auckland City!
You will be working on the retail sales floor assisting our clients through the busy summer period. Job responsibilities include:

Building relationships with clients who visit the retail store, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience.

Using POS systems to process purchases

Answering phone inquiries

Managing & marking off incoming stock with attention to detail.

Aiding with store merchandising

Cleaning and maintaining a retail space to the highest standard

Promoting and representing a premium brand to the highest standard at all times.

Depending on the role, the successful candidate will be available for to pick up shifts on Mondays & Fridays (9.30 – 6pm) weekly.

The successful candidate will be:

be a strong communicator with people from all walks of life

Have experience in working in retail/hospitality environments where 1st impressions and communication is key!

Be able to work calmly in a busy retail environment

Be able to take direction from senior staff, and efficiently be able to complete tasks

Have a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation

Have an eye for detail in all aspects of the workplace

Have a positive outlook and high energy!

The successful candidate will be awarded consistent hours, training, a uniform allowance, and good rates of pay. They will enjoy working in a driven, positive, and happy retail environment!
