Receptionist – New Zealand Job Vacancy

Our Snells Beach practice is looking for a fixed-term, part-time (18 hours per week) Receptionist to join their team for the below days and hours:
Monday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Tuesday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
This role will start immediately and will finish mid-June 2020.
As our Receptionist, you will be at the forefront of all our patient interactions so it is important you are friendly, approachable, and have a natural ability to make our patients feel at ease. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be well presented.
You will be responsible for a range of activities ranging across assisting our patients with their enquiries, both over the phone and in person, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists and hygienists as well as patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking, and other administrative duties as required.
You will have:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator, essential.
Strong computer skills (previous experience using Exact software will be preferred but not essential)
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work well in a team
Strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure
