We are looking for a new receptionist / administrator to join our team in January 2020.
Based on our front desk you will be first point of contact for our employees when they come into Onestaff for registration, inductions and answering any general queries they may have.
It will also be your responsibility to issue Health and Safety gear and keep accurate records of gear that has been allocated to candidates.
Ideally you will come from a high paced receptionist / administrator background. There are also a number of associated administrative tasks with the role (scanning and attaching documents, ordering of supplies, and general compliance tasks)
You will need Intermediate computer ability and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
This is a permanent position, with career progression within our business a real possibility.
