Part Time Office Assistant – USA Job Vacancy

City Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to join our GROWING team in Price, Utah.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists the office team as a whole.
  • Assists customer service when needed.
  • Maintain files.
  • Researches open work orders.
  • Works in 3rd party software to update current pricing, closes and creates accounts.
  • Runs weekly reports.

HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 12 pm – 5 pm

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
