About the role
Assist customers with queries, and ensure you provide a first-class service.
Learning and development for career progression into Dispenser and Leading Dispenser roles.
Work with the team to hit KPI targets.
Use your yearly product allowance to show the products we offer.
Skills and Experience
Previous customer service or retail experience.
Optical experience preferred but not required.
Able to work during the week, weekends and public holidays.
Be confident in discussing knowledge of products and advising customer what suits them.
To succeed in this role, you will be a team player who cares intensely about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be curious and willing to learn optical concepts, and have a result-orientated mindset and motivation to share in our company success. Previous experience working in a customer service and sales driven retail environment is essential.
