Office Manager/Bookkeeper – USA Job Vacancy
Lopez Salas Architects, Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Manager/bookkeeper at our downtown headquarters. Lopez Salas Architects, Inc. (LSA) is an award-winning architectural, planning and interior design firm established in 1999 by founding member Robert A. Lopez., AIA. Our dedicated staff is made up of LEED AP accredited architects, planners, designers of interiors, and administrative personnel working in a creative environment of collaboration to meet clients project-specific needs. Our diverse project experience includes educational and medical facilities, municipal and public buildings, commercial and retail structures, and religious facilities. Previous bookkeeping/office management experience preferably in AEC industry
Must be fluent in cloud-based software program similar to Core used for billing and project financial tracking.
Responsibilities include general management of the office, accounts payable, accounts receivable, processing payroll, monitoring cash flow, reconciling bank statements and HR responsibilities.
Duties include answering phone, greeting clients, purchasing and maintaining office supplies, assisting the firm’s principals with Personnel issues, and coordinating employee benefits including paid time off, insurance benefits and bonus incentives.
Organizing lunch and learns and planning of in-house special events.
