EXCEL Building Management is a leading Building Management company servicing Sydney’s High-end Residential and Commercial Strata Title Markets.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong and growing team and work in the 5-star residential Strata environment. The focus of this role is to assist the Building management team to maintain the site and provide residents with dedicated quality service according to scope of duties outlined in the client agreements.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Building Manager and the Team with issues relating to By Laws, resident car park and amenities
Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds
Administration duties such as database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone and security intercom enquiries and incident reporting
Distributing and securing all resident keys and security devices and, as needed Common Property keys
Patrolling the building and its perimeter for any security breaches, monitoring CCTV cameras
Completing Incident/accident reports when necessary and responding to emergencies
Acting as the face of the building and providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests
Ability and commitment to follow instructions, systems, procedures and processes
Good computer and administrative skills
Punctuality and reliability
A friendly personality integrity and ethical behaviour
Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia.
Shifts on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm to 12am and Sundays from 6pm to 11pm + extra shifts on weekdays when available.
