About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Website Publishing Manager to join CPA Australia during an exciting period of website transformation. Use your innovative industry insights and strong content and publishing skills, to ensure the cpauastralia.com.au site delivers best practice and the ultimate in member experience.
Reporting to the Digital and Publishing Manager, you will oversee content production, management and publishing operations, as well as coordinate the creation and publishing of website content, on cpaaustralia.com.au. You’ll ensure this content meets the needs of our target audiences whilst also fulfilling the requirements of internal stakeholders, including the campaigns team and subject matter experts.
Your Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the content production and authoring workflow, including planning, editing, creating and updating content across our corporate website via our content management system (CMS), directly and through direct reports
Develop strong relationships with the user experience team to ensure the online experience continues to improve and aligns with emerging behaviours
Realise CPA Australia’s content strategy to deliver on-brand, engaging and category-defining content
Consider CPA Australia’s corporate and member priorities by working strategically to achieve the best results, by providing advice to ensure all online content follows a best-practice, audience-centric approach whilst mitigating the risks associated with publishing content online
Contributing to the creation of marketing campaign, communications and product content planning, drawing on expertise and knowledge of trends in existing and emerging technologies
Provide strong leadership in advice and communications with stakeholders, business units and your team
Your previous experience will include:
Strong experience with Sitecore content management system and a solid understanding of metadata, website analytics and SEO standard practices
Strong Relationship management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple stakeholders
Expertise, and up to the minute industry knowledge, from experience in a similar role
Highly developed team leader skills with a significant operational management background
An understanding of web design/development concepts and processes and proficiency in writing, editing and publishing content for digital communications
Demonstrated continuous improvement skills in developing and implementing standards, guidelines, and content management processes
Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/activities and meet required deadlines
Experience in website personalisation and optimisation tools, platforms and processes is highly desirable
