We’re searching for a TV Account Manager to be responsible in maximizing TV revenue for Foxtel Media partners across a wide portfolio of channels. You will work closely with your digital counterpart and be the conduit between the market and the Entertainment and News Partnerships team.

Your mission

Reaching revenue targets each month and quarter; including personal targets, team targets and channel targets
Generate creative ideas which encapsulate and enhance a client brief
Acquire new advertisers and retain existing advertisers
Assist in effectively managing an Exec and coordinator
Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery and post analysis
Being proactive in sourcing opportunities to address revenue needs
Work effectively with digital sales counterparts to maximise cross platform revenue opportunities
Thorough understanding of channel partner products and content and work with client partnerships to maximum revenue opportunities across partner groups
Understand agency structure for each client (strategy, planning, buying, and digital contacts) at appropriate level and develop relationships within different agency business units
Manage integrated/premium brief response and implementation with Partnerships group
Compile unique, innovative & saleable presentations in a timely and accurate manner to both qualified and proactive pitches

Your capability

Recent experience working within media industry (agency, marketing or sales)
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
Ability to present to individuals and groups and construct excellent documentation supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both externally and internally, including channel partners
Experience and success within responding to media advertising briefs
Ability to manage workload of a team and across the sales floor to ensure delivery of high-level agency and client service
Demonstrate focus & clear decision-making ability under pressure and also have the ability to adapt quickly
Encourage development of others & share best practice across the floor
Establish strong personal profile internally and externally at appropriate level
