About the role
This role will ensure the provision of effective worker competence and accurate training services, information and systems for the project.
Coordination of project induction, confirming attendee’s and providing induction cards to eligible Participants
Maintain the projects Training Needs Analysis and other relevant matrices for the project, propose training that complies with client expectations and relevant legislation for the project.
Managing and maintaining Rail Industry Worker system for the project, monthly reporting of relevant competency expiration dates
Assist implementation of Site Training Schemes and Initiatives
Minimum 3 years’ experience in training administration, delivery and/or development
Certificate IV in Workplace Training alongside Tertiary Qualifications in Education, HR or related disciplines
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands
