Bring across your resilience and ability to work under pressure within fast paced environment gained through your hospitality background. You will be fully trained to build ongoing relationships with a portfolio of injured workers and employers who need your ongoing care and assistance to help them throughout their return to work journey.

We currently have multiple Trainee Case Manager positions available in our Chatswood office. Successful candidates will join one of our well-established teams here at EML and we will provide a comprehensive paid training program which will run for a minimum of 4 weeks. During this program you will learn all aspects of the Workers Compensation business to become a successful Case Manager.

This will be a permanent fulltime position commencing 1st February 2021 based at our Chatswood office.


You pride yourself on giving world class customer service and have experience building a rapport and collaborative relationships with each customer
Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers
Experience managing, negotiating and influencing positive outcomes
Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Passion for resolving conflicts and can handle challenging conversations


You will gradually take responsibility of a full portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on longer-term physical and psychological based injuries
Work together and maintain relationships with injured workers, their employers and several external stakeholders to help the injured worker back to work as quickly and safely as possible
Access support from subject matter experts aligned to your team to develop and implement a plan to assist the injured workers’ return to work journey
