Bring across your phone based customer service skills and excellent communication skills gained through your call centre background. You will be fully trained so you can support a portfolio of injured workers and employers who need your ongoing care and assistance to help them throughout their return to work journey.
We have multiple Trainee Case Manager positions available in our Sydney CBD office. Successful candidates will join one of our well-established teams here at EML and we will provide a comprehensive paid training program which will run for a minimum of 4 weeks. During this program you will learn all aspects of the Workers Compensation business to become a successful Case Manager.
This will be a permanent position commencing 8th February 2021 based in our Sydney CBD office.

Enjoy helping customers through empathy to deliver positive outcomes
Passion for resolving conflicts and can handle challenging conversations
You will gradually take responsibility of a full portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on physical and psychological based injuries
Work together and maintain relationships with injured workers, their employers and several external stakeholders to help the injured worker back to work as quickly and safely as possible
Access support from subject matter experts aligned to your team to develop and implement a plan to assist the injured workers’ return to work journey
