Nespresso are currently recruiting for a Technical Quality Specialist to join our Technical and Quality Management team to support the implementation and delivery of technical and after sales service strategies and ensure service delivery KPIs are met.
Located in North Sydney, the successful candidate will demonstrate technical acumen in quality or an engineering related area with a minimum Intermediate level in Excel and MS Office Skills. You will also have hands on experience in quality processes, auditing and understanding of machine spare parts and operating within budget. Experience with process improvement and project management would be highly regarded. You will be working within a rewarding, fast paced, professional and high-performance environment.
Reporting to our Technical Manager your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Reviewing and reporting on customer complaints related to after sales services
Spare parts management including forecasting, procurement, stocktake and reporting
Manage various improvement projects as required
Provide training and be the point of contact for internal stakeholders
Monitoring quality, performance and incidents related to machines and provide continuous improvement data to HQ.
Develop and present reports including root cause analysis of after sales performance metrics
