T he Talent Team helps integrate the enterprise Employee Experience strategy into the RACV DNA. This includes partnering with the business to proactively identify, engage, onboard and develop talent at RACV.
A day in the life
As a Talent Consultant reporting to the Talent Operations Lead you will provide the highest level of candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. This role will encompass everything recruitment however will be primarily :
Undertaking passive searches
Employment checking (includes police, qualifications and reference checking)
Interview scheduling and organising interview packs
Preparing employment contracts and pre boarding/onboarding documents
All admin tasks associated with hiring/inducting new staff members
The key deliverables for you include:
Providing a professional, responsive recruitment and employment service to our clients
Service delivery that is focused and sensitive to business needs
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
You may have experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources or maybe you’re just keen to get into this exciting space!
You are a team player, willing to work alongside a highly motivated, energised and dynamic team and share the same passion and drive for improving the candidate experience.

We’re looking for…
A minimum of two year’s demonstrated experience in the talent acquisition space or other Human Resources / People & Culture experience (desirable)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated with a positive nature
Strong personal initiative and enthusiasm
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Genuine interest in other people and their development needs
Trustworthy, reliable, strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
