The position of Systems Officer forms a part of the Investment & Procurement Branch within the Corporate Services Group.
The Corporate Services Group actively supports Ministers and DJPR portfolio groups to create the conditions for sustainable economic development and employment growth. The Group works collaboratively to deliver integrated and operational functions across the department, leading the development of governance, people, culture, systems and capability. Corporate Services comprises Business Improvement; Financial Management; Information Services; Investment & Procurement; Legal & Legislation; Ministerial and Portfolio Services; People and Culture; and the Service Centre. Corporate Services delivers service excellence through collaboration with DJPR partners, stakeholders and clients.
The Systems Officer, Procurement Centre is responsible for providing technical advice, system monitoring, training and support to staff and stakeholders with regards to Oracle Cloud contract module. The role is a key part of the procurement team, ensuring there is a consistent methodology and use of systems to capture all expenditure and all contracts across DJPR. The role is responsible for data integrity and implementation and administration of procurement systems and software.
