An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and professional Sales Representative to manage & grow our SAFRIES (Simply Australian Fries) business in Victoria.

The emphasis of this role is on building a strong business partnership with key distributors and end-users, ensuring that all agreed activities, promotions and sales targets are implemented and achieved. Collaborating with the McCain sales team to win and build share within the price fighter market.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will see you managing SAFRIES sales growth in line with business objectives.

About the Role

Direct responsibility for the management and growth of the SAFRIES business in VIC.
Drive SAFRIES growth and share of the price fighter market, achieving targets as set out in the AOC / KPI’s
Undertake sales calls to Key distributors and end-users, initiating sales and product demonstrations, educating our customers on the benefits of SAFRIES
Ensure efficient use of trade spend for distributors & customers
Pro-active reporting of all sales requirements, including current and expected business outcomes, opportunities, forecasting and emerging challengers. Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce
Contribute as an effective member of the SAFRIES & Business development team; including mentoring new staff, contributing to team outcomes/goals, developing and maintaining effective communication. Seek out opportunities to contribute to the development of the team

About You

Demonstrated experience (5+ years’) in the Foodservice industry, with solid relationships with distributors and key end-users in the VIC market
Proven track record of strong business development through end-users and distributors in VIC
Solid understanding of the fries market, paired with sharp negotiation and communication skill
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel & power point) and ability to highlight business opportunities through details data analysis
A strong desire to be proactively involved at various levels of the Foodservice industry
