Our client is an Australian food manufacturer with well known and innovative Australian brands and products across the retail and foodservice channels. Recently an exciting opportunity has become available for a State Manager leading their Foodservice channel across Victoria.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the State Manager will lead from the front, developing key relationships across the foodservice distributor channel.
This is a crucial role within the business as they will work very closely with the sales team, customer-facing and leading from the front driving sales through partnerships across the foodservice distributor channel, as well as performing as a strong right hand for the National Sales Manager.
Skills & Experience
Candidates will have a proven track record and current relationships across the Foodservice Distributor network and have led Key accounts or previously been in a State or Field Management role. They will possess strong commercial acumen, along with leadership experience or potential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of initiative, people focus, be commercially savvy and creative in being able to ‘think outside the box’. This candidate will be a part of a dynamic culture and will be rewarded accordingly during this exciting time with the business.
