Working within the Electrification Business area, you will be responsible develop and grow the ABB Electrification Products business in the defined sales area and be committed to meet and exceed the defined Country, State and Individual Key Performance Indices for Global Market division in Notting Hill, Australia. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will coordinate sales activities, while maintaining a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Participating in the development of Sales strategies by being a spokesperson for the customer, providing solutions for their current and long-term business plans.
Developing and executing sales action plan following the national and state strategy for effective and sustainable growth of ABB business to satisfy company sales budget and profitability
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with 3rd party influencing parties such as Electrical Contractors to ensure high success rate in securing orders.
Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly sales forecast based on your flow business, project pursuits and prospects in ABB Sales Pipeline System.
Identifying new sales leads and prospects and securing the business with these prospects for ABB.
Providing customers with products/solutions/services in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
Driving the application of standardized Marketing and Sales processes and tools.
