About the role
As a Settlement Support Officer, your role will primarily consist of processing approved finance transactions to ensure they are funded in an accurate and timely manner for clients purchasing a vehicle or other assets.
This position will see you preparing lender documentation for clients, ensuring all aspects of the loan and documentation comply with legislative requirements, credit approval conditions and stratton policies.
Time management and attention to detail are critical to the role, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met. The role involves liaising with clients, referrers, dealerships and financiers to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from application to settlement.
Your day to day will include:
Preparing lender documentation for clients.
Conducting various searches to maintain compliance.
Preparing and submitting completed lender documents for settlement ensuring internal and external requirements have been met.
Accurately monitoring and tracking all settlements.
Liaising with clients, lenders and dealerships to ensure a smooth settlement process.
Be an active, supportive and engaging team member.
Previous experience in a Settlements Officer role preferred.
Experience within a Brokerage preferred
Strong PC literacy.
You need to take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.

Hours & Location
This is a full time, permanent position. Located in Port Melbourne with plenty of parking around our office.
