About our Sydney Services Team
With a presence in each office, our Services team provide professional support to internal and external clients. The Services team work together to ensure clients have a positive first impression to support and enhance the Gilbert + Tobin brand. The team look after a wide variety of areas such as the mail room, print room, facilities management, meeting room and events management, work health and safety and other ad hoc projects.
About the role
As our new Services and Print Room Assistant you will form an integral part of the wider Services team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Facilities, you will provide support across the Print Room and Mail Room, your responsibilities will include the following:
assisting the mailroom concierge with duties which include sorting and delivering mail, arranging couriers and answering calls and managing requests
ensuring the office meeting rooms and all communal spaces are clean, tidy and have adequate supplies available
assisting the Print Room including responding to queries, photocopying, printing and collating documents
identifying and reporting any health and safety risks, acting as the floor warden for office evacuations and maintaining First Aid kits
other adhoc duties as requested these may include taking trolleys to court, room set ups for events, deliveries and assisting the other team members when necessary
