ABOUT THE ROLE

For this position, you will be required to be highly professional individual who has experience as a service coordinator preferably with the Electronic Security industry. The role will see you scheduling, coordinating and dispatching Electronic Security technicians, working within a team of service coordinators.
The role is vibrant, ever changing and requires someone that can adapt to changing circumstances. The team is very supportive and has great culture with monthly office activities, past experience using Pronto system will be highly regarded.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

$70,000 + Super
Hours are 8am – 4pm flexible
Training provided – internal & external
Starting off as casual with potential to move into a full time role
Unique opportunity to work on a high profile client sites
DUTIES

Receive and respond to service requests via phone, email, and the internal database
Coordinating/scheduling techs for regular maintenance or breakdowns
Coordinate 3 month, 6 months and annual maintenance for various clients across NSW (government and commercial sectors)
Managing the end to end process, scheduling the tech’s, liaising with the clients in regards to the call outs and parts updates etc. Also ensuring that the tech has turned up to carry out the work.
Ensure all jobs performed are compliant with industry and security standards
Send invoices and receive payments from clients
SimPro experience will be highly regarded
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous experience working in a service coordinator role in the building services industry (Fire, security, facilities management)
Highly developed prioritization and time management skills
Demonstration of a resilient and adaptable attitude to the work place
