The Opportunity
We have an exciting role available for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in our Victoria Repaint Division supporting the Melbourne sales team. This is a full-time position based in our Port Melbourne office.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the tasks and duties of this role will include:

  • Working closely with the BDM’s to regularly update and maintain the company’s CRM.
  • Organising and distributing weekly sales reports as required.
  • Managing customer feedback through Spreadsheets.
  • Collating relevant information for tenders and updating the tender progress in the system.
  • Take meeting minutes and actions for sales meetings.
  • Managing sales campaigns and coordinating campaign materials, as well as thank you packs for clients.
  • Other administration and sales coordination duties as required.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales administration/support and customer service, as well as:

  • Intermediate MS Office Suite Skills
  • Experience working administering medium to large sales CRM systems.
  • Experience within the painting, facilities maintenance, building or construction industry highly desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to process and keep up to date with multiple work activities and tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
