An immediate requirement has emerged for a savvy and committed Sales Professional to join the sales team on our new Averley Project.

Located in Pakenham in Melbourne’s enviable south east, Averley’s tranquil parks and natural bushland will complement thoughtful architecture and timeless homes.

The vibrant community of Averley is set to feature around 1500 residential lots and will become more than just a place to live – it will offer a lifestyle with heart and soul, inspiring connections to nature, neighbours and community.

In this role, you’ll be supporting the Sales Consultant to achieve sales and settlement targets so we’re looking for a strong performer who is highly organised and motivated to proactively engage with customers in their buying journey, generating opportunities through to successful sales.

E xcellent presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills will aid in the development of solid and authentic relationships whilst supporting a close-knit team-based approach. You’ll be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package including genuine career development prospects.

Proven experience in Real Estate or Home Builder Sales and current Real Estate Agent license or certificate is required. This must be complimented with a customer focused approach and attitude.
