Overview

Primary Objective:

Manage new enquiries and retention of existing customers. Successful candidate will be taking inbound calls as well as completing outbound campaigns. Monthly team and individual KPIs must be met or exceeded.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • First point of contact for new customers
  • Qualify, identify and convert all sales opportunities
  • Work towards team and individual goals
  • Respond to all customer requirements, promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner at all times.
  • Document immediately all calls and actions taken on the customer’s MASTERMIND file ensuring that all updates and amendments are accurate and complete
  • Liaise and support other internal functions within the business to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Calling existing customers and upselling new services
  • Other tasks as requested by management
  • General office administrative duties as required

Knowledge and experience:

  • Previous inbound and outbound fast-paced call centre experience
  • A high level of computer literacy skills – Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle objections
  • Team player but can also work autonomously
  • An exceptional customer experience each and every time
  • The capacity to learn new skills, product and technical knowledge
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
