Previous restoration experience required

Working for a renowned Building Insurance company, you will be able to hit the ground running, working alongside your counterpart and reporting to the Managing Director.

This role is integral to the business, allowing a seamless transition into repairing an array of jobs including flood, fire & mould for their valued clients.

Your role:
Inspect an array of properties across residential, commercial and industrial sectors
Estimate and prepare reports/scopes/quotes for clients
Monitor budgets on a variety of jobs to ensure they are in line with your original estimates/scopes
Achieve profit targets on each job
Adhere to IICRC standards and guidelines when conducting cleaning and restoration activities on job sites
Utilise the latest diagnostic technology and techniques to facilitate and coordinate property recovery and restoration, including the management of trades as required
Manage project quality and compliance

To be successful you must have:
Prior experience in a similar role

IICRC Certification:
o Water Damage Restoration (Essential)
o Fire & Smoke Restoration (Preferred)
o Applied Microbial Remediation (Preferred)
Experience/knowledge of construction methodology preferred
A strong work ethic
An ability to work autonomously
The flexibility to work overtime or on weekends as required
