About the Role
Be part of a supportive and dynamic team who loves to make a difference.
This is a full time, fixed-term role commencing early January and finishing June 2021 and is responsible for looking after a group of Vitality Works nurses.
As the key point of contact for a specific group of nurses, your overall objective is to recruit and support field nurses for the delivery of workplace influenza vaccinations. Working closely with the Client Success Service Team, you will work collaboratively to deliver cohesive and effective operations and high level of service standards.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with field nurses through clear and regular communication.
Ensure nurses have all relevant equipment and stock throughout the season
Ensure nurses adhere to Vitality Works policies and procedures including cold-chain management.
Resolve any staffing issues that may arise during the planning and implementation of the influenza program.
Scheduling of nurses as required
Office Administration and other ad hoc duties as needed
Successful applicants will possess the following:
2+yrs experience managing external consultants and customer experience
An exceptional ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
Creativity and flexibility in adapting to a challenging environment
Excellent rapport building skills
A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
Ability to work autonomously in the role as part of a fun dynamic small team
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, polite and friendly nature
This full time fixed term role is Monday to Friday, based at our Hawthorn East office.
