How will I help?

Based out of Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, the Reporting & Insights Manager is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of data assets and analytical tools that support targeted marketing and sales activity. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the analytical and data related needs of our marketing function, including client communications, campaigns and customer analytics. A key determinant of success will be the provision of quality data to support these activities.

The successful candidate will also develop a strong understanding of front line sales activity, using a data orientated skill set to translate data into insights that drive proactive marketing/sales activity. As a team member you will also work on a range of technology transformation initiatives aimed at enabling the teams you support to be as efficient and effective as possible.

What do I need?

You will have extensive experience with Power BI (advanced) including data modelling; advanced SQL skills highly preferred; previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Power Apps highly regarded; experience with R valued but not essential

You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and a great attitude and innate curiosity for all things data related. Tertiary qualifications in a business/finance-related or data science discipline, valued but not essential. Previous exposure to wealth ‘Platforms’ or financial services highly advantageous
