Performance Reporting Analyst

Enterprise Services Metrics Office (ESMO)

You will have strong analytical skills and show a proven ability to collate data from multiple data sources and identify issues and resolutions which work in a large and complex environment with conflicting priorities

The vision for the Enterprise Services Metrics Office (ESMO) team is to continually refine and deliver the ES strategic and operational agenda through robust business performance reporting that would enable the ES transformation program and key initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will partner with key stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions enabling effective performance management to meet their strategic priorities and maximise profitable growth and internal customer satisfaction outcomes

More specifically:
The role is responsible for planning, developing and implementing integrated strategic and tactical reporting capabilities that address the business needs.

Supporting the timely and accurate delivery of a robust performance reporting function across Enterprise Services (ES) with a view to translate business objectives into consistent, accurate, efficient and effective reporting solutions across the following domains:
Risk management, resilience and security
Overall financial performance
Strategic project and portfolio performance
Transformation performance
People performance
Partner with key system owners and data owners across ES to develop comprehensive scalable solution (e.g. reporting automation) that supports cross-functional needs including identification of data quality issues and remediation planning.
Develop and maintain rich dashboards and reports in Tableau for ES-wide consumption with a view to generate actionable insights enabling data-driven decisions.
Provide consultative and ad-hoc support to multiple stakeholders across all areas throughout the reporting process as and when required.
Provide key insights and analytics for Senior Management on ES Performance

We are interested in hearing from you…

Strong interpersonal/communication and people skills (e.g. presentation, assertiveness, initiative, discretion, confidence and good stakeholder management techniques)
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and proven skills in manipulating, transforming or combining large, disparate datasets
Experience using Tableau and or other data visualisation tools is preferred but not essential
Previous experience in a consulting / audit / professional services firm would be highly valuable
Previous experience in financial services would be highly valuable
