The Role

We are looking to on-board a seasoned Recruitment Advisor with experience in managing high volume recruitment campaigns to join our team based in Parkville, Melbourne! Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner (based in Melbourne), you’ll join a team of trusted advisors who live & breath customer centricity – we bring to the table pride, passion and personality!

As the Recruitment Advisor you will manage your own recruitment portfolio; hiring a wide selection of permanent and casual hospitality and support services team members nationally. This position is a great opportunity to work within an internal recruitment team and manage around 45+ vacancies at any one time. Key Duties

Ownership of the end to end recruitment process from taking the job specification, sourcing, assessment and all activities leading through to their first day at site
Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the process
Building strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering an excellent customer service at all levels
Sourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short notice
Build the capability of our broader stakeholders regarding recruitment, internal movements/redeployments, sourcing, immigration etc
Review, test and implement a variety of sourcing techniques to ensure we attract the best quality and within an appropriate timeline
Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required

The Person

Previous experience managing high volume/ campaign/ project-based recruitment
Experience in facilitating Assessment Centres and managing end to end recruitment for Hospitality industry-based roles
Page Up experience a Plus!
Experience in developing selection process, including competency-based frameworks
Experience in developing recruitment strategies and executing campaigns
Experience in building talent pools and a wide range of sourcing techniques
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships
