Recruiting and hiring passionate, talented individuals is one of the most important things Tomorrow Health needs to accomplish in order to best serve its patients. The recruiting coordinator will play a critical role in helping drive this activity for the entire company. It is the coordinator’s job to be lock-step in line with the recruiting team and help manage candidates along in the appropriate process. The coordinator helps deliver on candidate experience and makes sure the team understands their roles in the hiring process.
