Your role:
We are searching for that Superstar, Proactive Recoveries Specialist that would like to be part of a hi calibre, dynamic, fun and supportive Motor Claims Team based in our office in our Sydney location. The role of the Recoveries Specialist – Motor Claims is to provide solid end to end claims recoveries and solutions whilst engaging with the wider Motor claims teams.

You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:
Strong end-to-end claims experience within Motor claims and Recoveries (essential)
A desire to make a difference within Motor Portfolio
Recovering outstanding monies from at fault parties
Negotiating with third party insurance companies and third parties
Managing your own portfolio of claims
Reviewing liability in the event of a dispute
Liaising with recovery agents and solicitors
Reviewing and preparing documentation
The desire to learn and progress within this collaborative and talented team
Strong time management and organisational skills

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:
You will have previous experience in a Recoveries (ideally knowledge from Motor or within industry)
Proficient Microsoft office and strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and time management skills
Experience in client service role
Industry Related Qualifications will be held in high esteem
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to show initiative
