We are looking for a Receptionist to fill the position in Sydney.

Answering all telephone enquiries.

Forwarding emails as appropriate.

Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.

General typing and data entry.

Stationery ordering and day to day office duties.

Maintaining files and documentation.

Skills & Experience:
Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and internal enquiries.

Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills.

Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.

High personal grooming standards.
