This role is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known Australian business who is one of the market leaders in their sector. This role will see you be the first point of contact for all customers, working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Manage multi line switchboard and directing calls
Manage reception area
Signing in and inducting contractors and visitors
Managing meeting room bookings
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Cash and cheque banking
Updating various HSE documents
Processing of purchase orders and associated invoices
Reconciling petty cash
Ordering of stationary and kitchen supplies
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
