Overview

Must be committed to work for minimum 2 years

Must be able to speak fluent English and Nepali

Must be flexible, punctual, reliable, honest and hardworking

Must have pleasant personality, willing to learn, take feedback positively, fast learner, good computer skills, MS Office skills at least intermediate level, good typing speed, etc.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

Experience:

  • front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service: 1 year (Required)

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work temporarily with restriction on hours (e.g. 40 hrs/fortnight) (Required)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Stocking supplies
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing expense reports
  • Billing
  • Purchasing
