New opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join a well-respected industry leader. You will be a confident, motivated individual who is looking to take ownership of a pivotal business support role for the busy Sydney office of this global business in the Insurance sector.
They are a busy office (150+ staff) and this role would be well suited to an individual who is a career business support professional and is looking to join a reputable business in this corporate front of office role.
This role supports across three main areas:
Running the office, facilities/operations
Oversee responsibility for the office- first point of contact for all phone calls and visitors
Reception duties, meeting & greeting clients
Managing the internal calender, meeting rooms etc
Responsible for all mail deliveries
Organising staff events and social events
Assisting with onboarding of new staff
Organising refreshments for meetings
Key Skills/Experience required:
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role in an office based corporate environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, in this role you have the unique opportunity to work with everyone in the business.
Self-motivated- this role is standalone so you must be capable and confident to manage your own workloads, prioritise your time and have a great deal of initiative.
Excellent customer service skill and a confident personality
Strong computer literacy across Microsoft office packages
You must currently be in Australia and have full working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
