This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a reputable and highly sought-after organisation. Working with a team you will be responsible for front-of-house greets, administrative assistance, and ad-hoc duties.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Organise couriers and accept parcels/deliveries
  • Book meetings and organise meeting rooms
  • Calendar management

  • Great personality and able to talk to stakeholders
  • Have basic Microsoft skills
  • Car and driver’s license
  • Immediately available
