The Opportunity:
We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our Melbourne office on a six month fixed term contract, working Tuesday-Friday (4 days) between the hours of 10:00am – 6:30pm.

Joining as the Receptionist you will be responsible for;

Reservations and Coordination of Melbourne meeting rooms
Reception duties
General Administration
General Housekeeping

You will also be responsible for providing efficient, effective and professional reception and administrative services of the firms conferencing facilities in order to assist both internal and external client needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Technical:
Excellent personal presentation
Excellent telephone manner
Time Management Skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
Sound written and verbal skills
Use initiative and follow through on requests
Excellent computer skills
Ability to type with speed and accuracy, typing 50wpm
Excellent attention to detail and follow through on all requests
Computer reservation system experience, EMS or similar
