Are you a career receptionist devoted to delivering a first class service? This is an opportunity for a professional Corporate Receptionist to join an exciting team in Melbourne CBD. As the first point of contact and the ‘face of the company’ you will provide an exceptional front of house experience to internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a candidate who can be an integral member and deliver their skills and expertise in this fast paced role.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls, screening and directing them accordingly
  • Maintain an organised, professional and safe reception environment
  • Provide efficient and professional assistance to internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with meeting/function arrangements when required
  • Update and maintain key documentation
  • Organising local and international couriers
  • Manage and coordinate office requirements
  • Ad Hoc administration support

The successful applicant will be highly organised with strong communication skills, and have prior experience in a similar role. Additionally, to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Motivation and ability to work autonomously, managing priorities and reception function
  • Intermediate to advanced administrative skills (MS Word, Office, Excel & Outlook)
  • Professional telephone manner, with the ability to handle difficult people/situations while maintaining diplomacy
