About the role
This dynamic Property Development business is on the hunt for an exceptional Receptionist/Administration professional to join their team. This is a challenging role for someone who is highly personable, enjoys variety, has excellent customer service skills and thrives on connecting with people. Managing the Front of House area and reporting in to the Office Manager, you will create an excellent first impression for all stakeholders and manage all the COVID-safety procedures. This is a role with great growth potential and requires someone with high levels of reliability and initiative. You must be available to start interview and start immediately.
Sitting in a tight-knit Administration team and reporting in to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Meeting clients and visitors and guiding them to relevant meeting rooms
Attending to all reception calls
Processing of incoming and outgoing daily mail
Set up of rooms for meetings/functions
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Coordinating COVID-safe procedures including ensuring a clean and safe office environment, ensuring personnel check-ins, and adhering to all procedures
Preparing and formatting documents and contracts
Maintaining a clean and professional client floor and kitchen area at all times
Skills / Experience
You will be a motivated and polished Receptionist/Administrator with previous experience gained in a corporate/professional setting. Other skills/experience required include;
Experience in a Reception or Administration position is essential
Experience with MS office suite & internet
Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
High attention to detail and a flexible approach to work, where no task is too big or too small
Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
