Description:
The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will perform all aspects of front office reception, being the first point of contact for our clients and provide a personalised customer service experience. You will be customer focused and have outstanding communication skills.

A typical day in the office will include:
Welcoming clients and customers at front reception;
Answering and directing incoming calls;
Assisting with the preparation of legal correspondence;
Raising payment requisitions using client database software (Practice Evolve) in a timely manner;
Ensuring office and building supplies are adequately maintained;
Collection / delivery of mail from / to the post office;
Banking;
General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, ordering stationery and booking couriers.

Skills and Experiences:
To be the right fit for our Company you will be values driven, a team player and flexible in your approach to the variety of work you will undertake. Furthermore you will have previous receptionist experience preferably within a legal services industry and be a regular user of various software packages. Your engaging communication style will be a standout.
