Daily duties:
The preparation of all visitor passes
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Previous experience using a switch board
Answering incoming telephone calls
Assist with meeting room bookings and cancellations
Coordinating all visitor car registration passes
General cleanliness of kitchen and meeting rooms
Other administration adhoc
Raising invoices via SAP

Desired experience:
Full working rights
Immediately available
Previous receptionist experience
Available for a long term on-going contract
SAP experience preferred but not desired
Extensive administration experience
