Your day to day
Join us as a Porter/Bell Valet Attendant at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can join our Concierge team who will welcome hotel guests with personalised service and seamlessly assist their journey either arriving or leaving the hotel. You will be working to ensure every guest has a memorable experience by connecting them with their room, hotel facilities, and efficiently moving their bags securely to their rooms.
What we need from you
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a Porter role with relevant qualifications in Hospitality or related studies. You will have excellent knowledge of Sydney and warm articulate communication skills. You will also hold a full valid NSW drivers license and have unlimited working rights in Australia. You’ll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and providing a memorable guest experiences.
