What This Position Is All About

The Photo Studio Coordinator is responsible for facilitating schedules, managing and tracking invoices from freelancers to outside purchases, and reconciling month-end studio finances. They will be responsible for ordering and stocking studio supplies, preparing reports, presentations, memorandums proposals, and correspondence to support the studio teams in Pottsville and other HBC Studio locations.

Brings energy and ideas when brainstorming multiple approaches and solutions

You Also Have:
Operating experience of Mac OS
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to perform under pressure and demonstrated leadership skills
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work within deadlines, thinking creatively
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills

As the Studio Coordinator, You Will:
Managing monthly budgets for expense and capital
Processing and tracking vendor and internal invoices
Send & receives studio related mail and packages
Serves as the “go-to” person for the studio inquiries and conflicts
