The Trade Institute of Victoria (TIV) has focused on delivering high quality Vocational Educational and Training (VET) for the Building and Construction Industry since 2007.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic person to join our friendly team.

The successful applicant will be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:
Collecting data and reporting internally
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity of all student records on the Student Management System.
General administrative duties (phone calls, updating documents as the need arises, general office tasks, composing and processing correspondence)
Co-ordination And Follow-Up of courses with key stakeholders
Working with external referral agents and venues
Providing support and resolving issues to other department as they arise

A confident communicator both written and verbally (including over the phone) with customers and key stakeholders
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Flexibility
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a professional team
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Punctual
An ability to work under pressure.

Experience & Attributes:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience
Excellent Time Management Skills
Previous experience in an RTO environment would be nice, but not essential.
VETtrak experience is advantageous.
Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Enthusiastic self-starter; motivated and committed.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent time management system/ability to multi-skill and attention to detail
Strong computer literacy in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Current Working With Children’s Check
Be able to work across different computer systems (training will be provided)
General Hours Of Operation
9 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday, located in Williamstown North
Salary
$60,000 to $70,000 dependant on experience (plus an employer superannuation contribution as per current ATO legislation)
