WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Driving customer acquisition through all forms of media buying including, but not limited to: SEO, SEM, Google Shopping and Display, Re-targeting, and Social Advertising.
Establish a forecast for each channel and make recommendations on budget allocation and goals.
Build and optimize customer email journeys to increase engagement with the brand and drive conversion. Propose new A/B tests with the goal of improving our KPIs.
Track daily cross-channel performance data to build testable new strategies and drive actionable decisions that optimize sales, traffic and conversion.
Create, implement and manage a dynamic analytics dashboard to measure our performance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the growth and maintenance of our prospects and customer database including new programs designed to increase email capture and LTV.
Implement new customer review application and create a program to leverage reviews across the site and marketing channels.
Identify and evaluate emerging platforms and channels to lead new tests and growth initiatives.
Work closely with creative team to evaluate performance of campaigns and creative assets.
3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital role — email, analytics, SEO, digital product. DTC experience is highly preferred.
A self-starter who’s able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
Data driven and detail-oriented, you’re comfortable analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and identify opportunities.
An understanding of how user funnels work, what KPIs matter and how to impact them. You’re proficient in building out channel-level KPIs and reporting, including Shopify and Google Analytics.
Experience building and delivering growth forecasts, partnering with product and finance to refine scenarios based on company revenue & CAC projections.
Expert in FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
Previous experience working with a major email service provider (ESP) to set up and manage both one-off marketing emails and lifecycle campaigns.
You resonate with our customer’s mindset, lean towards consumer empathy and have orchestrated exceptional costumer experiences.
NICE TO HAVE
A Bachelors degree in a related field.
Experience with startups or startup vibes.
Prior experience integrating apps into Shopify sites like Recharge, Yotpo, or related.
Curiosity, patience, enthusiasm, resilience.
Prior experience managing day to day of a Shopify site.
Experience collaborating with media and PR agency partners.
