A part-time opportunity working in an innovative FMCG organisation across a hybrid Office/P&C Manager role.

Your new company
Your new company is an innovative Australian owned organisation working in the FMCG industry. They pride themselves on their knowledge of their market and supply to both large chains and independents. With some exciting projects on the horizon, the company has created a new opportunity for an Office/People & Culture Manager to join their team in the inner east.

Your new role
Your new role is a hybrid position care taking both the People & Culture and Office Manager responsibilities.

Reporting into the CFO, the majority of your role will see you manage HR duties including employee relations, recruitment, OHS/compliance, development and implementation of new and existing policies, coordinating annual performance reviews, supporting leadership and training initiatives etc.

As well as this, you will be supporting the company with some Office Manager responsibilities including answering and directing phones, managing mail, maintaining kitchen and stationary supplies, managing parking allocations, attending to visitors etc.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you should possess prior experience in generalist HR roles, ideally within an SME environment, and enjoy variety in your day. Given the nature of this hybrid position, you will need to be able to react quickly to changing priorities as they occur throughout your day. You will have an exceptional work ethic, enjoy working with people and be skilled in process implementation.
