About the role

The Outbound Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving volume and financial contribution targets to an existing (and warm!) customer base. Collaborating with the Sales, Direct to Consumer and Marketing teams to optimise sales outcomes, you will need to keep well informed on key issues and developments across both our customer base and the industry.

Utilise CRM within guidelines and process requirements
Manage your campaign lists and optimise sales outcomes
Analyse daily reports and identify improvement opportunities
Sell and negotiate with customers by applying approved selling techniques to grow profit and category
Achieve budgeted sales targets

About you

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a proven track record for hitting sales targets who can work autonomously and has experience with phone sales, but we are also open to retail or hospitality backgrounds. You will need to be an influential and engaging communicator and bring an interest and passion for wine (hopefully this isn’t hard!)

Successful selling experience in B2B and/or B2C, preferably in wine or FMCG
Influential and persuasive style and able to think on your feet
Strong analytical and planning skills
Strong focus with a growth mindset to comprehend new knowledge quickly
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload
Team oriented and able to contribute to overall goals
