SUMMARY

Responsible for providing general office support functions, including mail delivery and reception desk duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sorts and delivers in-house mail;
Provides back-up assistance to office receptionist, including answering phones, filing, and other general office administrative functions;
Administers pass key distribution process for new and existing employees;
Coordinates office supply delivery and storage with vendors;
Stocks kitchen and break areas; performs light housekeeping as required;
Stocks marketing brochures in designated locations as directed;
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Up to 2 years experience in a general office services function

SKILLS

Good communication skills

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork

Good customer service skills

Ability to organize and prioritize workload

Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Basic experience using Microsoft Office Suite
