Manage admin staff
Our client is an established civil construction company who are seeking an experience Office Manager / EA to join their team. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Western Sydney offering up to $85,000 + super and onsite parking.
As an Office Manager/ EA you will manage the day-to-day running of the Sydney office and support the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Manage office operations and procedures
Provide EA support to the Managing Director. This will include administrative related tasks, including travel and diary management
Report preparation for Senior Management
Manage office suppliers, service providers, office facilities etc
Liaise with client, business partner and key stakeholders
Fill in reception as and when needed
Preparation of company events and staff training
Manage a small team of administration staff.
To be considered for the position of Office Manager you will have:
Substantial experience as a Office Manager / EA
Must have people management experience
Ideally you will have related industry experience: Construction, engineering etc
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
You must be agile and able to multitask
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
