About the role
We currently have a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to work at our Regis Rose Bay facility on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday. The Office Manager position is a key role within the frontline management team within the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
Various administrative tasks
Supporting staff rostering
Maintaining training records
Maintenance of staff personnel files
Skills & Experience
Reliability, and a well organised approach
Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Microsoft office suite and competent with use of internal systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
